Earlier this year the advisory committee worked on a project to revise the Covenants & Restrictions, as well as the By Laws before the Homeowners Association is turned over to 'the people' from Walter Williams & Jeanne Somerset.

Less than half of our neighbors weighed in with their opinions, but here this how the voting turned out.

Blueprint for Prosperity

Blueprint for Prosperity is a partnership of agencies, private organizations and government entities aimed at raising per capita income in Duval County. Help develop our plan for the future. Attend our community meeting and share your ideas and opinions to improve the quality of life in Duval County. This meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 19th at Trinity Baptist Church, 800 Hammond Boulevard. 6:00 p.m. registration and snacks, 6:30-9:30 p.m. community meeting
