If you are planning any structural changes to the exterior of your home, landscaping renovations, detached garages, swimming pools, etc. to protect yourself and your neighborhood, you must complete, submit and have approved an Architectural Review Board Form. This keeps our neighborhood in line with our Deeds and Covenants, and helps us maintain a gorgeous and value appreciating neighborhood.
The following form should be used to request a key to the JEA Easement. Keys will only be issued to home owners who live on the JEA Easement.
